The Solution: WebXperts located the YWCA's hosting company, and obtained access to the site. All of the YWCA's needed updates were completed by WebXperts and made viewable on the YWCA's website. WebXperts took the time to understand the YWCA's third party ecommerce system, and made the necessary changes to ensure that the payment processing was happening the correct way and YWCA representatives were notified when payments were received and actions needed to occur.
The YWCA of Greater Atlanta has stayed a client of WebXperts, who routinely makes updates to the site as the YWCA requests them. Some examples of the updates that are made to the site are: Adding/removing job postings, adding press releases and events, creating slideshows of images for YWCA events, updating contact and staff information, and the creation of new pages as they are needed.
