The Situation: The YWCA of Greater Atlanta came to WebXperts with a website that drastically needed updates. Due to administration changes, they didn't have any administrative or background information about their website, and they needed the updates to happen quickly.
They were also unsure of how their current ecommerce system worked, and had been receiving messages from customers who said that the payments they sent had never gone through. They needed someone to step in quickly and figure out what was happening.
