Project Span: 2004-2005
The Situation: A group of entrepreneurs came to WebXperts with a vision to give people in Atlanta a website that would allow them to express their opinions. After months of consulting, WebXperts came up with several viable revenue streams for Attitude Atlanta. It was decided that revenue would come from interactive classified ads, extended memberships, and business listings. Since this was a market that had heavy competition already established, it was decided that Attitude Atlanta would try and create value for its members by giving them functionality for free, while other sites charged their members for the same functionality.
It was essential that the website have the ability to be duplicated easily, allowing them to grow into other markets. A complicated offline marketing plan was to be created that included radio, TV, and billboard ads, all of which had to be developed by the company Attitude Atlanta choose.
